Ice & Bone (Series Finale)
Hello! My name is Aaron, I'm the writer/creator of several comic book series that I launch through Kickstarter. I've also written some pro novels and hope to share to gain some new fans/readers of my work. Blood & Fire/Ice & Bone - a samurai action-horror series that follows Nakaaki, an honorable samurai who is betrayed, and seeks his revenge. Enenra - an apocalyptic horror that follows of group of doctors fighting against a virus outbreak. Amor Patris - a supernatural horror following a smalltown sheriff whose investigation into a local disturbance unearths the truth that exorcisms are real. Pillars of Creation - a science-fiction thrill ride following a planetary survey team who are woken early on their way home to investigate another teams disappearance.
It all comes down to this... The action packed CONCLUSION that started with Blood & Fire. Now, there is only Ice & Bone...
16th Century Japan. The Country is in chaos. After centuries of rule, the central government has lost control, plunging the country into a bloody civil war. Anarchy reigns as warlords seek power and territory. NAKAAKI serves his lord and master - ISHIDA NOBUTAKA- with loyalty and honor. A messenger arrives, summoning Nobutaka to visit his dying brother. Second eldest, this would leave Nobutaka ruler, but arriving at Lord Ishida’s castle, they are betrayed. Barely escaping, Nakaaki goes beyond...blood and fire... to seek his revenge. The fall of house ISHIDA has created a power vacuum, one that warlord YOSHIDA SUEMORO believes is rightfully his. Power and territory is his goal, and nothing will stand in his way. But the dead... do not stay silent...
